Join us to celebrate the launch of Monty Oxymoron’s new album “The Piano Plays ‘til Midnight, Monty Oxymoron plays the Songs of the Damned.”
Monty has played keyboards with the Damned since 1996, which was good fortune for him as they were once of his favourite bands in the 70’s/80s! Monty hopes his album will interest people in the Damned who would not normally give them a listen as he is also interested in Classical music, jazz and improvisation. Monty will also talk about how he came to join the band and some of his experiences with them over the years. Monty is also a member of the Safehouse Collective who put on open improvisation sessions and gigs regularly at the Rose Hill.
