We invite Eyeless back for their 4th Eyeless all dayer with their genre defying roster of acts.
It is always good vibes for all and their fam at these. They are random and fun comfy days at The Rose Hill when these lot rock up. Also home cooked food available so you never have to leave!
Here's what Eyeless records have to say about their acts:
The card prince returns to Brighton after wowing audiences at the Chocolate Monk showcase at Cafe Oto and in anticipation of his performances at the Tusk Festival in Gateshead. Robert is a singular and charismatic talent that unpicks the conventions of performance as much as delivers genuine thrills. Robert Ridley-Shackleton released the “Big Lug Lurkin’” 7 on Eyeless and more recently The Opera and Snackedelic on Dylan Nyoukis label: Chocolate Monk. He is a wonderful performer.
Not For The Suffering Type
Ian Paxon (The Sticks) and Eleanor O’Callaghan (The Bobby Macgees) present improv, out folk, song based interventions that defy expectation. After performing for Spirit Of Gravity we are delighted to bring them to the eyeless stage.
Simon Drinkwater is the solo project of the renowned Red River Dialect guitarist. His songs unfurl gently and gradually swell in a melancholic but beautifully observed cadence of gentle electronics and acoustic interventions.
M Butterfly and The Glass Saints
Brighton based band M Butterfly and The Glass Saints take cues from folk, slowcore and out-rock to create a densely layered and heart felt melancholy hit. After hearing M Butterfly’s solo material at a mutual friends house who had recorded the music I was bewitched.
Eyeless Records head presents electronic pop and techno-pop excursions from his forthcoming album on Eyeless Records “Romance”.
Nuala returns to the stage at Eyeless after her stunning gig at the Pipeline earlier this Summer. She mixes up finger picked, and strummed acoustic passages with vulnerable yet gorgeous vocals. Her voice is something to be experienced live. A raw talent.
