Graduate exhibition by Brighton Metropolitan Creative Music Production degree students –
Showcasing an eclectic variety of live performances, installations and audiovisual art over two evenings at The Rose Hill.
Baroque Futurism from GRIMM GRIMM with visuals from Daisy Dickinson. Support from Sun Dialler
Album launch for Happy Endings by Crayola Lectern, out on Onomatopoeia Recordings. With its swirling organs, stately piano and yearning trumpet calls, it is pitched somewhere between the acid-enhanced fairground, the conservatory and the music hall.
Colliding Lines launch a new, bi-monthly night of live art, sound and vision, presenting experimental collaborations and post-label projects from select performers. We begin with Reanimation: a live re-scoring of Soviet-era cartoons and surrealist animations by four different artists.
Solo set from Daniel Arcus Incus Ululat Higgs, lyricist and frontman of the band Lungfish. It’s not that his artistic output – spanning three decades, numerous albums, books of poetry and collections of drawings – simply eludes classification, it defies it.
We are really excited to support and host the new immersive poetry performance and book launch for talented poet and performer collaborator and friend Toby Chown.
In/Out are delighted to present their 2nd seasonal cabaret event at the Rosehill. Following the success of ‘A movement of freedom’ in March they will be back with a vengeance, now including internationally acclaimed performers Ricardo Puccetti and Naomi Silman from Brazil! So no excuses…be there…or you’ll regret it!! Live performance, music, laughter and unexpected interventions with Yael Karavan, Ricardo Puccetti, Naomi Silman, Tim Harbridge, Joe Watson, Xelis de Toro and more…
